Michigan Dance

Precision, power, and pride are at the heart of what we do as members of the University of Michigan dance team. Dance is our passion, and our commitment shows in every routine, every competition, every move. The performance aspect of our sport allows us to share that zeal with thousands of fans, creating big moments for the Maize and Blue. We take that same intensity to the competition stage, performing with unmatched enthusiasm, moving as one and supporting our teammates with vigor and accountability. Everywhere we go, and in everything we do, from contributing in our community to succeeding in the classroom, we strive to be the Leaders and Best. Become part of our Wolverine family.

“I've learned throughout the past three years here at Michigan that Bo Schembechler's famous "The Team, The Team, The Team" speech doesn't just apply to the football team. As I stood on the field to perform in my first football game at the Big House and took in the sound as the crowd sang the national anthem, I realized that nothing could describe Michigan better. There is a sense of family, power, integrity and accomplishment when you bring so many people with such great talent together. We truly are the team of leaders and the best! ” Kendal Zemmin
