Michigan Women’s Golf
What do hard work, commitment and integrity get you? As members of the University of Michigan women’s golf team, it gets us the challenge of playing in one of the nation’s premier conferences with the Big Ten, represent Michigan on the national stage, learn and be inspired from our vast athletic history, a chance of a life-time opportunity to contribute to a program reaching exciting new heights, as well as cultivate an abundance of Maize and Blue pride.
At Michigan, we are challenged every day – to be stronger, more consistent and more focused. We accomplish more than you thought possible, and be a Victor both on the course and in the classroom. During our time in Ann Arbor, we train at elite golf facilities, and play on courses designed by Alister Mackenzie and Pete Dye every day. We learn from outstanding coaches, learn about the people and traditions that make this program special – and, of course, we receive the world-class education and support only a top-ranked university like Michigan can provide.
“Michigan is a place where you can excel in all areas of the student-athlete collegiate experience. We value recruits who are attracted to this challenging, yet extremely rewarding environment. These are the students we build our program around. Michigan has the resources, support and first-class facilities to accomplish our vision. In addition, our coaching staff is passionate about all aspects of player development. We strive to become better every day and seek perfection in practice so we perform at our highest level in tournament play.”
