The University of Michigan Canham Natatorium

The University of Michigan’s Canham Natatorium, one of the nation’s premier swimming facilities, has a magnetic energy and championship history unlike any other. As Wolverines, we connect with that legacy each time we step onto the block or the diving board. If we’re swimming, we compete in the Nat’s eight-lane Olympic-sized pool, which can be divided into two separate 25-yard pools to host both short-course and long-course events. As divers, we spend most of our time in the Dick Kimball Diving Well, which features an Olympic Tower, one- and three-meter springboards, and a hot tub. Between meets, we utilize the Endless Pool system and the natatorium’s many training resources to become stronger both mentally and physically. With dryland conditioning equipment for both swimmers and divers, a full-service weight training room and athletic medicine facilities, Canham Natatorium is a dynamic training and competition environment fit for the Leaders and Best.
